SABER consumes private sector data formats, converts it to national standards, and authenticates public sector recipients that use the data in their own chosen formats and visualizations.
Government agencies receive SABER information by subscribing, not by asking the public sector again and again, and the private sector increases their awareness of government actions
SABER membership is granted to existing members of other public-private information sharing organizations. If you have signed a membership agreement or MOA with any of a number of organizations, that agreement becomes binding on your behavior in SABER when you sign the the SABER Data Exchange Enrollment. It is just that easy.
SABER is the single location for the private sector to deposit their operations disruption information to share with authorized government agencies and other approved organizations.
